We start the same way with a vendor as we do with a buyer: a proper walk through, inside and out, before anyone talks numbers. We look at genuine points of difference, condition, recent comparable sales on the peninsula, and give you an honest read on presentation, what is worth doing before we list and what is not worth spending on. The appraisal comes back in writing with our reasoning, not just a figure.

Step by step, in this order
Typical time: 30 to 45 min. You are told which step you are on.

No, it is free and comes with no obligation to list with us afterwards.
Should I fix things before you come?
Not necessarily. Walk us through as-is first. We will tell you what is genuinely worth doing before a campaign starts, and what would just be spending money for its own sake.
