Most peninsula homes we list sell inside six to eight weeks. Price, presentation and the marketing package all move that number.

Can I set a firm price instead of a range?

Yes, a fixed asking price is common on the peninsula and we will tell you honestly whether it is likely to attract enquiry or sit quiet.

What if I get an offer I am not sure about?

We talk it through with you, including what similar offers have looked like recently, before you accept or decline anything.
